Rain Bermudez is a Guatemalan-American visual artist and musician based in New York City. His work addresses themes of cultural identity, social protest, and urban life through photography and music.

Early Life and Background
Bermudez was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He identifies as being of Garifuna heritage.

Career
Photography
Bermudez has exhibited photographic work in New York City. In 2023, he held a solo exhibition titled The Music Is Lifeat Trilok Gallery. He also participated in the group exhibition Black Men: Long Journey Forward at Wilmer Jennings Gallery in 2024.
His photography was featured in ZEKE Magazine, published by the Social Documentary Network, in 2022. Bermudez documented protest and quarantine life in 2020 in a photo series referred to as The Black Lives Matter Collection.

Podcasting
Between 2021 and 2022, Bermudez hosted The Creative Talk, a podcast exploring creativity and artistic processes. Eight episodes were released.

Music
Bermudez performs as a percussionist and musician. He has appeared at various venues domestically and internationally.
