I'm a percussionist. The Djembe is my first language.

I play Garifuna rhythms — polyrhythmic, communal, alive. I've taken them from Brooklyn block parties to international stages. I've recorded and toured with Kanye West, Stevie Wonder, Sting, and Sami Yaffa. Oprah personally invited me to close her final show. I've performed with DJs worldwide, including Diplo.

My personal project is The Sons of Brooklyn — soul funk fusion where I feature rotating musicians to build a dope set, every time. Follow the project on Instagram @thesonsofbrooklyn.
